Thankful for the Water
“Rain and snow fall from the sky. But they don't return without watering the earth that produces seeds to plant and grain to eat.” Isaiah 55:10 CEV
There are many things we take for granted but none of them are more important than the rain and snow from the heavens. We can go for a few weeks without food to eat but only 3 to 5 days without water which begins to cause the organs to shut down.
So as you take time to thank the Lord for your food on your table don’t forget to thank him for the water that made it possible for all that lives to grow and survive.
My response: To be thankful for the rain and yes even the snow and the water that flows from the faucet when I turn it on.
